Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping is calculated based on location. Shipping is not included and non refundable. Shipping of in-stock items will take place within 1-5 business days. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address.  

Return & Exchange Policy

 Please contact us at info@lunaleos.com or send a DM on our Instagram page immediately if you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, colour) within 14 days of receipt. You will need to provide a photo of the incorrect or damaged item(s). If your return is due to an error on our part we will give you store credit for the item amount or replace the item along with shipping.

 

If the return is due to an error on your part, or you have changed your mind and the garment is unworn and in a new, re-saleable condition, with tags on, you must pay return shipping costs to return the item. The store credit amount will reflect the garment price only. You will not be credited for the shipping costs.
